Hotel beds have been offered to rough sleepers in London to help protect them against coronavirus.

This is great idea. There is not much demand for hotel rooms at the moment and the homeless need a safe place to stay. So why not offer them to the homeless, they would just be left empty otherwise.

My mum works for a help the homeless charity and she was telling me about this today. Fantastic idea. Society showing compassion towards those most vulnerable x

What about Brittania hotels making staff homeless (I haven't checked to see if this is genuine). Surely they'd come under fire re "no evictions for 3 months" from the govt.

Was good of MacDonald hotels to offer jobs accommodation to the staff ..

An 'Admin Error' My arse! The BBC had a copy of the letter, and funnily enough, there was no one available to comment since the back track, Surprise Surprise!

I think they will be boycotted once this is over with
