My dad tells me he's had an email from Sainsbury telling him they are reserving special delivery slots for elderly people. I've logged in to their account but can't get a slot. Does anyone know if they are doing this?

Coventry

I've two elderly customers both in late 80s that I saw yesterday (they stayed indoors while i did the garden).

They can't get home delivery until April 14th. They have friends and family helping them out as did I offer too.

Sainsburys are emailing out updates every couple of days with information on what they are doing.

So..

Read the full email and then try again to book deliveries/shop

The emails specify the change dates as the emails are advance information.

If you are still having issues contact them... feed back is what is helping them evolve their contingency plans.

I can't either. I've had an email from Sainsbury this morning saying that they are putting things in place. I think I'll be able to get one for my parents tomorrow or next week sometime for a later date.

My parents have quite a few people who can help so as long as there are things on the shelves they can eat.

I'm hoping my dad will get an email with info that I can follow.
