It’s effected me directly, I’ve been laid off. 90% of government buildings where I work are all working from home (which we rely on) plus the news today.

Just hope everyone is ok, I haven’t cried yet as I’m being positive, we all have to stick together. Bad times guys. Big love x

Worsley

Huge hugs to you and to everyone else that has been affected.

I work in recruitment and we are already getting so many enquiries about people that have been made redundant. Breaks my heart.

Stay positive, it's all we can do during these stressful times x

I have family in Ireland and their government are very supportive to anyone in need, The UK do need to match them I believe.. Contact CAB ASAP and they will help and give you all the places that can support you, and because of the circumstances I think you'll be supported 100%, fingers crossed that happens xx

Unfortunately our CAB, has been closed. Or phone only. Which your waiting hours. (1hr on hold yesterday). Our government needs to catch up it really does.

I’m on payroll yes but apparently it’s only for salaried employees?? I get working tax already. But obviously I’m not working now so I’ve 4 weeks to inform them. Should I claim universal credit ?
