Does anyone fancy coming round and doing the required maintenance on my road bike to get me out and about? Brakes, chainset both need replacing and I'm feckin hopeless.

yeah I will be from next week but it won't be the same though. I am following atleanx video ATM for home workouts.

Yeah I can't easily exercise at home. I can't get my wheelchair in the house and I have zero equipment that I could use feasibly. I can't do pilates, yoga, aerobics, use a gym bike or anything else that can be done at home. My gym regime involves weight benches, weights, prowler etc, none of which are even do-able at home.

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Not a fan of home workouts but did full body circuit today. Took me four hours of procrastinating though, making playlists and watching countless routines. After my first circuit I found an incredible pump I've not felt in a while doing amrap. Hopefully it'll keep me in maintenance for a fortnight at least.
