So yesterday I had an amazing time with my friend with benefits but today my lady parts are really sore.

Other than warm baths and paracetamol what is something I can do to relive it. I think it's just I was well stretched and I'm not complaining because I did have fun just ouch today

I find warm water deffo helps,when going for a wee,drinking water to keep yourself hydrated.

Rest,and lose underwear.

I know how u feel,give it a few days it will calm down
