Not a virus so unsure of right forum but I’ll go anyway. Hoping to get a bit better of an understanding/ advice, I’ve an uncut cock and I find when I’m hard and foreskin is back the head of my dick You a quite sensitive, to an extent where hand jobs etc can be a little uncomfortable. When it’s inside a vagina/ getting a bj it’s fine, not uncomfortable and able to last a good time I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and can shed light on a few tips (no pun intended)

That's rather drastic when the foreskin is obviously not tight.

I would say try using lube.

If it fine during sex then it is not the foreskin that's the issue.

I’m not uncircumcised, but isn’t that normal?

Your helmet is meant to be sensitive, isn’t it??

It might just be because you are younger, you had less hand jobs and wanking than some the older men on here.

It's normal. I mean, you can try to desensitise it but as a woman, I wouldn't do that with my clit.

try a lot of lube....I think they make a desensitising one. Again I wouldn't use a desensitising lube for my clit, vag or anal but that just me. I want my bits to work until I'm past 60. lol!

You can ask at the sexual health clinic what they recommend. That's what I do with any of my genital/gynaecological problems. I don't bother with my GP because they don't look at genitals all day long.

Yeah Spit is not lube, it's drying and can be irritating for some people's genitals. I take my lube with me when I'm planning to have sex because sometimes as an older woman I can get dried out. One of my poly swinger partners also brings his own lube for the women.

Good luck.

Great feedback, as ever.

I'd add, OP, to experiment with different types of lubes, as you could find some are better than others, such as silicone, waterbased, etc

Can you keep the foreskin retracted, I had the same issue in my teens until I kept my foreskin back.

The head of your dick is meant to be sensitive that’s normal, if you think it’s TOO sensitive speak to a GP

As others have said, lube!

Friction is what's causing it to be too sensitive, which is why when it's inside a mouth or pussy it's fine but hands can be a bit much.

Water based lube is compatible with all condoms and toys, and easiest to clean up after. I'd recommend something like Sliquid as it's very minimal ingredients-wise so the risk of it irritating you (or a partner) is very low
