Don't really get you.

Check with GP? We live in Fiji. Don't believe they have the ability to diagnose this issue.

Blood pressure is normal

Hi Jake,

Have you put on weight over the last few years? If you get chubbier then the public area gets thicker and the penis appears to be shorter.

A few years ago I got lean and was surprised at how much longer my penis was

It's just one possibility.

With added weight gain you may also want to speak to your GP about being tested for Type 2 Diabetes. This is what I've got due to being over weight 24st at my heaviest, now 21st 3lb 3 years later.

Diabetes affects the small blood vessels in the penis which can cause shrinkage and erectile disfunction.

Diabetes? Lifestyle? I think as everyone ages the urge to masturbate decreased and that can cause shrinky dinks. The old saying “if you don’t use it you loose it” comes to mind ! My partner had a whopper when we met - now it’s like a walnut whip! Lack of use!
