I take Tamsulosin because it’s supposed to help pass my kidney stone side effect of the drug is retrograde ejaculation/dry orgasm not read up on it but I think it causes you to ejaculate into your bladder

Strange, as I am on tamsulosin and have been for 10yrs plus and my ejaculations are as normal. I'm on them to stave off the potential op of having laser treatment, mainly as this leads to 95% chance of retrograde ejaculation.

Had the prostate op, still have bladder control although hold it in time is short, get prescription tabs to aid erection, same climax sensation but no ejaculation although occasionally a bit of wee can pass if bladder is full. The first few times after the op it was residual sperm and blood so don't be alarmed if you do although if it continues go back to the doctor.
