It's slowly crept up on me that my orgasms and ejaculations are no where as strong as they used to be.

Half the time my orgasms are just "meh" where before they rocked my world. I still enjoy the act of sex as I am a massive pleaser but it's all a bit disappointing at the end now.

I also used to shoot lines of cum from my girlfriends pussy to her neck in my 20s but these days it's just a dribble out of the end.

I'm putting it down to age but has anyone done pelvic floor exercises with any success? I don't particularly enjoy the feeling of doing them but Id at least like to improve the strength of my ejaculations.

I’m starting to do just some simple clenching exercises.

I some times find myself saying sorry to Mrs for a smaller amount of cum.

The amount I produce is fine it just doesn't shoot as far or with as much power. Not sure if it's related to how strong my orgasms feel.

I live a pretty healthy life and don't drink, smoke or do drugs. In the last few years I've prioritised weight training verses CV so maybe need to balance that out a bit more.

I had my blood levels taken when I turned 40 and was in the middle of my erection issues that my dodgy foreskin was causing. Was taking meds for that but haven't taken them for about a year now as I haven't needed them.

This will give you the correct action.

If you don't want the app then just imagine you are trying to stop peeing during mid flow, remember just imagine, don't actually pee or you will get wet pants. Hold for 10 seconds, repeat 10 times.

Then a quick start stop action, repeat 10 times, 3 times a day.

Yeah I've seen that. Online I've read that you can overtrain the squeeze which gives other issues. Apparently you have to do the opposite to the squeeze which is the bit I struggle with.

Not really.

If you squeeze too hard you tend to engage other muscle groups.

Try it, stop your flow and really go for it, way past the stopping the flow.

Feel your tummy and bum cheeks, that's where you over compensate.

Like I said, best way is gently stop and start your flow.

Once you master this then you can complete the exercise imagining you are having a pee.

I make my husband do them a traffic lights etc.

And if ladies are reading, same applies.

Remember that stopping the pee mid flow is just for you to find the correct muscles. Do not use this process to exercise though. In a few months you can test this to see improvement.

Incontinence is tremendously costly and for many, avoidable. Think of the eco cost of making incontinence pads and their disposal. Let alone cost to dignity, skin and nhs.

As someone said about stopping when peeing.

Imagine a scale between 1 and 100.

100 being the absolute maximum tense you can do with these muscles which would 100% bring in many other muscles.

Now imagine tensing them about 4/5% so a very small amount hardly noticeable but enough to engage the pelvic Core yes core, now practice holding this, work towards being able to hold this while breathing and talking still holding this small amount of tension.

Gradually bringing the intensity up to no more than 20% but still being able to breathe and talk even move around.

I'm the same, still got the volume just not explosive ejaculations, whilst women probably think this is vanity actually the explosive pumping is the best part of the orgasm, when that's not as strong the orgasm isn't as satisfying.

Sometimes I feel somewhat unsatisfied with the actual orgasm.

Have started these today so will report back how I get on. Plan is 2-3 times a day for 10x10 second holds and one set of ten fast pulses. Am also going to do the relax movement in tandem with holding to avoid over tensioning it which can lead to issues.

Doc said I may have have an inguinal hernia too but no idea if that could affect things. Waiting on an ultrasound for that

Had my bloods done 2 years ago and while not massively high they were in range at something like 13 of the range of 10-18. Can't just blast it myself either due to work and regular drug testing.

Have been doing exercises since my last post. No routine or even know if there's any sort of progression as I try and do 3x10 ten second holds followed by ten quick squeezes.

I try and do that 3 times a day and not just when I'm sitting down. Have mostly noticed my morning erections are proper pumped and it stays harder for longer when shagging. No idea about ejaculation power as it's been internal

Been trying to do that 3 times a day and when I'm not just sat down.

I have some exercises that are very simple and have served me well over the years. I can drape a towel or t-shirt in the right place and wave it like a flag as if I was still in my teens!

When I've done this before it starts ok and I continue. It the gets to the point where I find it harder to engage the front muscle without engaging the back and other parts of my body. It's like I understand train the front and I er train the rear of that makes sense.

It happened again this time and have percivered with trying to get the mind muscle connection back. Even changing my position makes a difference and have managed to get it back on track.
