Norovirus infection levels have been increasing, so it's a good time to take extra precautionary care! There appears to be an upsurge in cases and it's possible to get reinfected, if you've already had it this winter.

I read about that. It's a particularly nasty strain going round. It's taken me around a month to fully return to normal eating after I had a bout of it. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

Hand washing and try not to touch your face when you're out.

I had the virus few weeks ago and in the place I was working they fired me coz they didn't believe I was ill .very hi temperature and diarrhea
