I have just been diagnosed with cancer and need some support from the FAB community.

May have to leave after many years on here.

Having Chemo and palliative care - anyone been in the same situation who can offer me some advice?

Thank you

I'm afraid I have no advice and am sorry to hear you're going through so much.

I'm sure you don't have to leave. If Fab gives you any kind of support or even escape stay on!

X

Hello lovely.

My partner has stage 4 cancer, he was diagnosed when he was 40, and we've been living with it for 2 years.

There are lots of ups and downs. We've been doing our best to take each day a step at a time.

Hi all, i would say to anyone with cancer to look into holistic, parasite and frequency remedies

Sorry to hear about your partner and I hope he is as comfortable as he can be. It is certainly a shock to get that sort of news.

I was involved in the giving of palliative care for many years. It's very humbling and a privilege.

Sorry you're having to experience this. Is the chemo to extend your quality of life or time?

I wish you strength of mind and heart to get your affairs sorted. Light and love ❤️

To be honest I am not sure - I think the chemo is to extend my time but have a meeting with a nurse tomorrow for further information. Thank you for tour kind words x

I have a male friend who got diagnosed with Cancer.

They fasted for 8 days, water only and electrolytes.

Then only ate foods without any sugar for a day, then fasted again for 5 days.

Worth looking into personally from that point of view and make your own choices.

Hope you make a full recovery xx

I was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2008 , I had an operation to remove the tumour , my lymph nodes and tonsils

I then underwent a 7 week period of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. My weight dropped from 16 stone to 11 stone

I always thought in the positive side and took on board any advice offered ,

I still have underlying problems but it’s being managed with medication and doesn’t affect my life style

I’m now a fit healthy 14 stone , happy with that

And living a good life daily

I’m now 66 and still out every days working and thankful for every sunrise

Sorry to read this. I’ve seen many survivors of this awful disease and they all share the same passion for survival and to beat it.
