The group of people spent their fourth week in India. They ate a vegetarian diet and lost the least amount of all four weeks. Their total loss over the four weeks is in excess of 8 stone.

The amount they ate in India would think the weight would drop off them.

Should have left them to eat all the street food they can handle and see the weight loss then.

Don't know anyone who has visited India who hasn't had a mad dash to the toilet, several times...a day.

Been a good watch, lets see how they progress at home.

Maybe wrong but think its the final episode next week.

They are a nice group of people and I wish them well.

Airlines should charge per kilo for the passengers as well as luggage.

Finnair have started to weigh passengers.

More of an incentive to lose weight if it hits in the pocket.

They’re not charging any extra though, they are just using it to look at safe total weights on planes and how much fuel is required etc.

I agree.

It's quite rare that passengers are charged for an extra seat as they used to.

If I'm going to get a charge for extra luggage weight then they really should be.
