If you tell them you’re a sex worker you can get tested there with no problem. You don’t need to prove it.

Not wanting to be political but that’s not correct. Funding for these services has not decreased centrally. Some areas may prioritise money elsewhere I suppose, but that a local, not a DHSE, issue.

Yes, but ICBs are being asked to do more with effectively less, due to inflation, increased operating costs etc so cuts are being made. I also work in commissioning- there isn’t enough money. I’ve seen lots of work being slashed including things I previously thought were untouchable like cancer services.
