Looking at the our world data the excess deaths in the US in 2022 is miniscule compared to 2020 and 2021.

Obviously it's worth noting that the "Excess Deaths" are the number of deaths above an estimated expectation... it isn't related to any sort of accurate figure.

The forecast deaths figure (like any modeling) would include a margin of error around 1% or 2%

It's not just long covid no one knows the long term effects of only just a mild dose does.

It effects all your organs.

Any under lying health issues could easily trigger complications.

People think catching it and getting a mild dose think they've got off scot free.
