Can science tell the difference and is there any difference? Trillions of exosomes in a human body and science knows shit about what they do. So how can they say there mutated exosomes?

I really can't be arsed answering the OP, because it's fairly obvious that sharing the currently accepted biological understanding of exosomes and their function (because we do understand what they are and what they do), we will just receive pseudoscientific nonsense in return.
