Is there a thing as political discrimination?"It is possible as it would fall under 'belief' as long as you could satisfy a court that is was a genuine belief from the criteria previously posted then there may well be an argument. I do know that this has been found to be discrimination in an Employment Appeals Tribunal (GMB v Henderson) which found someone had been dismissed partly on their political belief. As ever with law and case law it is forever evolving. | |||
