Was thinking more along the lines of stop eating animals.
Did you know the 1920 flu pandemic was from eating infected poultry in unsanitary conditions. "Source of the 1918 H1N1 Spanish Flu outbreak was never properly identified other than avian, USA was very quiet however and perfectly timed for travel during WW1 which is more than likely how it spread within troops and beyond but as the USA were being paid to fight as Allies, then would have been in their better interests to keep shtum over it..
