.

And how anyone thinks that they can push people to follow their idea to go offsite, without stating their view and any justification or explanation, is tragic.

Green arrow doesn't matter if he's just asking you to search google without directing you to a web site.

Try just searching "new cases" then.

Stockport

Given that it's been going at least 600 days now, and the majority of them with deaths in 3 digits or more, across umpty different countries, there are probably very few numbers that don't match a new infections, or new hospitalisations, or new deaths story. Funny old world, you can pick any random date you like, and somebody will be reported as having died on that date. Probably means that all this death business doesn't actually exist, it's just a big conspiracy by the internet to get people frightened and control them.

I put in 669 cases

EU case law

EU case law

Covid

un case

Covid

Covid

Covid

Dentistry paper

Court of appeal

Covid

Covid

Given I geek out on covid, brexit and Google scholar, this feels a combination of what people search and what i search.

Which makes sense. Conspiracy. Or maybe just AI?

Plenty of explanations for this - is been going around for a long time. Google 666 new cases and one of c the first options to come up is an article explaining the phenomenon.

This is only a surprise to someone who doesn't understand just how big the world is, just how many news sites there are and just how quickly big numbers multiply. There are only 900 3 digit numbers, there are thousands of online news outlets publishing in English many hundreds of days with new cases to report from thousands of different geographical areas. I'd be more surprised if there *wasn't* a report with every 3 digit number. The fact this works is actually evidence against conspiracy - there's an even distribution.

BUT!

There will have most certainly have been every possible number of new cases somewhere in the world over the last couple of years... there are hundreds of thousands of towns and cities across the world all recording their own "new cases".

If you think that's suspicious, try searching for 176,589 new cases.

I also searched 1 new case, 23 new cases and 2,786,972 new cases.

Astonishing.
