Self isolate

I have been asked to self isolate since Monday as I had been in contact with a positive case at work. I got checked out today and was negative but still think it wise to stay away from others atm

Who asked you to self isolate? The recommendation is 10 days usually.

Who asked you?

If Track and Trace called you then thee is a legal requirement.

If it was the App then delete it and be sensible (ie does it stack up?) - far too many false kings on that POS.
