Just downloaded the NHS app and it's there, 3 times. Anyone else had the same?

M got his vaccinations in Superdrug, they often do 2 for 1 deals.

Do two have duplicate dates and batch number or different ?

The first 2 are same batch number but different dates

Third is different batch too

The first 2 are showing as just over 4 weeks apart

I had my first and second 8 weeks apart. The 1 that I didn't have is showing in between these 2 at 5 weeks but same batch as the first

I suggest you email your GP and request the mistake be removed
