someone with 10000 in the bank was still making money during the pandemic..its just had more money to start with so naturally made more from it.

The government estimate is that there are millions squirrelled away in savings..lots have saved their Seiss and carried on working. similarly the same with furlough payments.. a lot didn't get a penny of course so aren't able to save.

point being a lot of people have made money from the lockdown not just the fat cats..and out government us itching for people to start going out and spend it again..and that is where those fat cats will get the double I suppose

So all you're saying is that the wealthy are bastards. Newsflash: they always have been. With the active support of people on every rung of the ladder below that are happy to kill their own granny if it lets them move up a single step.

Of course the evil shits in the world have used the pandemic to grab even more. Of course some of them have deliberately made the situation worse, happily contributed to people dying in order to control more money and power. It doesn't mean that the pandemic is fake. It doesn't mean that there's a global conspiracy to sterilise all the workers. It just means that the bulk of the human race are trying to get on with life under crappy conditions, a very sizeable minority will shit on others to move themselves ahead, and a small number are just plain evil.

Assuming you mean cash assets as in dollars or pounds.

As most of the deaths from Covid are likely to have been the poor the logic would suggest that a huge amount losing even a little each is going to add up to a lot.

Billionaires are likely to have been better protected by others and themselves and there are still far far fewer billionaires than poor.

In terms of fairness of course it isn’t (the death rate) but i doubt the financial aspect would have changed much without Covid in that the trend is that the wealthier are exponentially getting so as the poor are getting poorer.
