Tony Blair says...

Jump to newest

By *ackformore100 OP   Man

Tin town

On BBC this morning.... The great man says...amongst other snippets...

the vaccination of children, he says he thinks it is a good idea and the UK will be moving in that direction.

The "priority will always be to get your own country vaccinated" and we are doing that, says Blair.

Former prime minister Tony Blair says it is time to distinguish between the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

His comments come after his Institute for Global Change recommended a so-called health pass, to be used at home and abroad.

Those vaccinated should have "maximum freedom" - including for travel, he tells the BBC's Andrew Marr Show. It is "important to give a real incentive to get vaccinated", he adds.

If you have had both jabs, it should be made "much easier" for you to get in or out of the country, says Blair.

He says everyone should have the vaccine "unless they have a good medical reason" - but stops short of saying it should be mandatory.

I can't stand the bloke but

.. It's good to hear someone voice an actual opinion for a change.

… yes

Quite worrying when you consider this : https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/eu-set-unveil-plans-bloc-wide-digital-wallet-ft-2021-06-01/

This has less and less to do with vaccinations and health and more to do with control.

Politicians had been in talks about Vaccine passports as far back as 2018,

The European Commission published a proposal for vaccine passports on 26 April 2018.

The document was called Strengthened Cooperation against Vaccine Preventable Diseases.

Blair and his right hand man Campbell were the start of this modern media manipulation which has been constantly refined ending up with Johnson and Cummings and whoever is now Cummings replacement.

Perhaps it is better that people like Campbell and Cummings who were not elected are now more visible to the electorate.

That's politicians of whatever hue, ditto those who seek to influence policy. Regardless of the crisis there will be an opportunity to change directions etc..

Blair was right despite being slaughtered for saying the idea to split the doses was a good idea..

"When are more people going to realise that the jab is about control, not the virus."

The “jab” is about money! Lots of money. Some people are and will get very rich off of this.

I am not saying the vaccines don’t work, but this is not about altruism and saving lives/the world, it is about money.

I would be willing to bet Blair has financial interests in some of these vaccine producers.

And before anyone says “ah but that’s capitalism” many of the arguments against other non vaccine medical interventions are supported by statements on how they are about money too.

It’s sadly always about money.

"On BBC this morning....

That man is evil, he should be in prison. Whatever he says, the opposite is true.

I agree absolutely, should of been hung for war crimes

You realise we dont have the death penalty in this country anymore?"

Law and justice are two different things, increasingly.

"When are more people going to realise that the jab is about control, not the virus.

When there's any credible evidence for the assertion"

There is evidence in abundance, you just don't accept it.

My jury is out - I find it almost impossible to accept as a concept, but the evidence is becoming overwhelming.

Tony Blair when he was elected as I remember when people's loved ones were in the army wanted them to return home because their wasn't a war going on and he refused this request also I remember that he resigned and did say that it was a wrong decision that he made at that time so what other decisions has he made that were also wrong.

There has always been debate on which politician / leader is the worse based on how many they killed, the most debated being WW2 and between who killed more, Hitler or Stalin.

When it comes to the numbers they have to be viewed irrelevant, its the scope of the crime that should be relevant.

Main Blair bashing centres around Iraq and yet Johnson seems to be getting away with responsibility for the deaths of 150,000 (and counting) UK citizens and yet all that seems to concern most is the infringement of a few civil liberties.

It’s the same argument where i did not vote Conservative or ever have and yet i do accept to live under a Tory local Council and a Tory National Government because they have been democratically elected.

Same goes for the vaccine.

Democratically elected Governments are giving you the choice to have or have not. If you choose not then there is the penalty paid.

And you’d rather have Boris Johnson.

You’re right, Tony Blair’s government only brought peace to Northern Ireland, introduced the national minimum wage, raised police numbers by 14,000, cut crime by 32%, doubled school funding, introduced 85,000 new nurses and 32,000 doctors, introduced gift aid, increased child benefit by nearly 30%, introduced the winter fuel payment, lifted 1 million pensioners and 600,000 children out of poverty, introduced 32,000 teachers and nearly 250,000 school support staff, cut long term youth unemployment by 70%… I could go on.

What have any of the Tory showers of shit done since? Yes, the Iraq war was a calamity but how quickly people forget when they were well off.

Total control of the worlds people and depopulation. Its all out there, not from conspiracy sites but from the mouths of the world leaders themselves. Fauchi created a virus for his mate bill gates to create the antivirus. Trillions to be made for the elite out of all this and its worked better than even they could have envisaged xxx

Totally agree its the unvaccinated that are at higher risk of death or serious side effects this in time uses valuable NHS resources that could be used for non covid things

Stick to what was said at the start protect the vulnerable which are now the non vaccinated

Easiest way is to restrict their movements in public places

There's so many things wrong with this statement.

1. There's no chance that so many countries could possibly all agree on one thing.

2. There's lots of different types of vaccine

3. These vaccines have been developed using at least 3 different methods

4. Bill Gates isn't a virologist and is in no position to create a vaccine

5. It's not an anti virus. That's not how vaccines work.

6. There's no value is killing the "plebs" as you then have to do your own dirty work

7. There's very little monetary value in vaccines. Companies much prefer medical problems that require long term daily dosages.

Not necessarily. Take the Indian strain for instance, AZ may only be 60% effective against it, prophylactic Ivermectin may be as much as 83%.

So who should be locked indoors if it becomes the dominant strain, hmm?

For control of the population, I think a better thing to look at is who's spreading all this bullshit and why. Misinformation as a weapon against democracies.

I'm not a Blair fan at all, but I do wonder how many people now calling him a war criminal and such like actually opposed the Iraq war at the time.

Given it had a good level of public support (54% in one poll at the time), I'd guess it's not zero...

And of course only 2 Tory MPs voted against it.

"I don't have a lot of time for Blair but I did find myself agreeing with most of what he said this morning. some contrast to Liza Nandy who was evasive & slippery. I am double vaccinated & old I dont want to be mixing with unvaccinated people who could give me a more vaccine resistant variant of covid .

Stay at home then. You don't have the right to insist other people are injected against their will because you think that your virus protection doesn't work.

the people who refuse the vaccine should stay at home & not spread the virus . I am a key worker & cannot avoid other people entirely

Totally agree its the unvaccinated that are at higher risk of death or serious side effects

Not necessarily. Take the Indian strain for instance, AZ may only be 60% effective against it, prophylactic Ivermectin may be as much as 83%.

So who should be locked indoors if it becomes the dominant strain, hmm?

60% is still better than 0%

"

"On BBC this morning.... The great man says...amongst other snippets...

the vaccination of children, he says he thinks it is a good idea and the UK will be moving in that direction.

The "priority will always be to get your own country vaccinated" and we are doing that, says Blair.

He should be in jail, absolute criminal, he should not be getting any airtime whatsoever

That man is evil, he should be in prison. Whatever he says, the opposite is true. "

Total control of the worlds people and depopulation. Its all out there, not from conspiracy sites but from the mouths of the world leaders themselves. On a serious note though- Blair is vile. Which, interestingly enough, is also an anagram of evil. A corrupt, dishonest, smug, supercilious war criminal. Not that he's the only one of course- but his track record must be one of the worst in recent times.

What's even more frightening is that the idiots who voted for Johnson and his cronies don't realise their so called 'Tory' government actually holds Old Tone up as a theological yardstick. Then again, considering how ardently he himself admired Thatcher,I can't say I'm surprised. The snake has now well and truly eaten its own tail.

I was ultimately very let down by Blair. In 97 there was so much optimism. In the first term (New) Labour did a lot of good. However, two things undermined them to such an extent that many cannot now see beyond and remember the good!

1) Blair’s unquestioning support for President Bush and the Iraq war.

2) Brown’s continual tinkering with the tax system making it ever more complex (as Chancellor).
