My Husband just got a text this morning from NHS that reads:

----------------------

NHS Booking: The NHS is bringing forward second dose COVID-19 vaccinations for people in the highest priority groups. You can now choose an earlier date/time for you second dose appointment. (Web Address).

-----------------------

He has already had his, but go get them if this is you.

The high priority groups round here have had their seconds, they going through younger ones now.

20 year olds are now being offered the first jab.

Where? I'm 35 and have heard nothing from the NHS.

The health centre in my local town has sent out invites for first jab to two twenty year olds that I know.

They are second jabbing people in their 40’s.

All priority groups seem to have had their seconds.

I had my second at 8 weeks a week ago.

I got an invitation to book and was offered a date that was 3 days after the invite.

I know others living in another part of the country who are at greater risk and not had second yet.

Seems the place I live have really got themselves sorted, all credit too them.

The only reason I've had my first is that I'm on a trial.

Sounds like that was a good move getting on the trial.

I think so. Two and a half weeks and I'll have my second dose, too

Central

It's been a real testament of the greatness of our NHS. That it's underfunded is a major issue and should be a key factor in our choice of future direction.

Great that we're now spreading vaccination towards younger people, who will particularly be at risk as we further relax restrictions.
