Just seen a news item about this.

I left the NHS years ago after getting fed up of it all, one experience was the last straw working in a&e and ended up getting dr+nk and walked out of the job.

Not sure what existing help there is but certainly needed for current staff.

Just my manager. That the only councelling if i need it. But o suppose if i did need it then HR would help .k

Check if your union offers this, RCN have a counselling service.
