"We see ireland has suspended covid vachine due to reports of serious bloodclots sip let us see what other complications develope over comming months " This has already been proven to not be the case. So not sure why they would suspend it.

"What looks like the worst vaccine to get currently might end up being the safest long term. Nobody will know until later." I'll take any of them, and I'd be happy for my medically fragile relatives to have any of them. (Including the one who had a life threatening vaccine reaction years ago - yeah, the risk exists)

"How do complications compare to background levels? My understanding is that no signal of serious side effects other than allergies has been detected in any of the vaccines so far. The safest, most effective, and quickest vaccines in human history. Science is wonderful the article i saw last night is that research is exactly why it has been suspended they want to take a pause to make sure the clots are line with what would be normal levels in the population and checking that there is not an issue is not confirmation that they think there currently is it also said that covid as a vascular illness (is that the right terminology) can also lead to similar issues so even if a link can be found we would still need to weigh up the risk vs reward of the vaccine since contracting the illness could have the same outcome anyway plus additional complications " It may be an appropriate precaution. I just dislike "precautions are being taken therefore vaccines are bad", or "vaccines have risks therefore they shouldn't be allowed".

"This is the EU being anti British again pathetic" Love to agree...but!! Norway, Denmark (therefore Iceland), Latvia and Austria have temp suspended use of Astra as after 5 000 000 vaccinations throughout Europe there have been 30 reported blood clots. In the general population out of 5 000 000 people then on average you would expect about 200 in a year. So over a 2 month period about 1/6 of that.....hey...my matches makes that about 30. Who would have thought it. It is the "experts" in individual countries that have hot the jitters....the EU drug agencies have clearly said there is no evidence of a link and vaccinations should continue. Maybe these countries "experts" need to follow the facts and ignore Karen from facebook??

It's also A possible reason why a lot of the reported side effects are blood related. Important to note though that the incidence in relation to those vaccinated is very very small. Other countries seem to be scared of the political backlash rather than the pros and cons. For the UK this could end up as a very good thing as could see us as one of the first Western countries to go back to normal.

" No. I'm not at the front of the queue yet. The NHS is rolling out the vaccine by age and need, it's not my turn yet (as evidenced by my age, health conditions and occupation). I have no idea what a copy paste of random people has to do with me, this conversation, or anything. " I thought with your in-depth knowledge of this subject you would have heard of all these professionals? They have formed an organisation called Doctors for Covid Ethics and have written an open letter to Emer Cooke, Executive Director of the European Medicines Agency. In the letter they voice their joint concerns over the 'vaccines' and have 7 questions that they would like answered. This letter is available to all on line. They are not what you would call 'anti-vaxxers' or 'conspiracy nuts', but some of the most qualified in their profession. However, I am sure you will try and dismiss this letter and the people who put their name to it as you do with anything you don't agree with. Good luck with this one though!

That's all I need to know. He's a brilliant pseudoscientist and professional bullshitter. In October 2020, he stated "the Covid pandemic is effectively over and there's no need for vaccines" and he denies a bunch of perfectly well proven things, like the efficacy of PCR. He made up random statistics to try and argue for a "herd immunity" approach and has acted absolutely in opposition to the principles of the scientific method throughout the pandemic. The fact he used to work for Pfizer is irrelevant. Max Clifford used to work in media relations, but (if he were alive) you wouldn't ask him to represent you now, would you? Discredited, the same as Yeadon. Nothing with his name on it is credible. I've read the letter and the "science" is highly dubious at best.

"We see ireland has suspended covid vachine due to reports of serious bloodclots sip let us see what other complications develope over comming months " The blood clot issue is ridiculous. There have been 15 cases of people who have had a vaccination getting a DVT. With the number of people who have had the vaccine, if you work out the statistics you would expect more than 15 to have had a dvt anyway! Taking into account the age and vulnerability of those that have had the vaccine up to now the figures should be considerably more!

"According to a senior Norwegian physician the people who have had a reaction to the vaccine are "young individuals". Assuming the Norwegians are vaccinating the elderly and vulnerable first this would probably suggest that these young individuals have underlying conditions that are more likely to be the cause of clotting." I had raised D-dimer in November (I think it was) and had to have scans for possible thrombosis. I have reduced mobility due to disability. This is obviously before I had my vaccine. Anyway, all negative, no clots, but it was heavily suspected and I'm young. It happens, some clots in young women especially are linked with contraceptive pills (rare, but still happen) or occur during or due to pregnancy, post surgery etc. As far as I have managed to deduce, the frequency of clotting events is no higher now than it was before the vaccines were approved. It's just everyone is hyper aware and are logging everything. Thrombosis is not a notifiable condition so it's unlikely the true frequency of them pre vaccines is even properly recorded.

"Every time you get a prescription from the doctors you take it to the pharmacy and when you open it and read the leaflet it gives you a list of side effects. It's done in numbers ie 1 in 10 then 1 in 50 1 in 100 and so on. 30 cases in 17 million vaccinations work that out at 1 in .... But if I was prescribed something that will cure me of whatever the medicine was prescribed for I'm going to take it. Unfortunately it would seem that a few mainly European governments are doing what they can to discredit the AZ vaccine as they have completely screwed up their vaccine programmes. If it means more for the UK all the better

Who are still at the older people vaccinations. That will sure mean more than 30 people will die of covid. Looks like odd way of thinking to me especially as the WHO have also backed the vaccine

"We see ireland has suspended covid vachine due to reports of serious bloodclots sip let us see what other complications develope over comming months " COBBLERS!!! QUOTE from my Royal Free Hospital Pharmacy earlier today in an email to me when i queried blood clots. With regards to clots, a total of 15million vaccine doses have been given in the UK. Of these, only 3 case reports with Astra Zeneca (AZ) and 7 with the Pfizer vaccine of patients complaining of increased bruising with the vaccine (this can be the case in patients who are anti-coagulated).

"I posted a humorous post to the extreme flag waving brexiteers boasting about the UK raceing ahead with vaccine rollout, implying the cautious approach by the EU was a reason that Britain had voted to leave the EU, anyway I laughing joked to the extreme brexiters, thanks for being our Guinea pigs," How does being proud of the rollout make someone a brexiteer? Let alone and “extreme brextieer” (whatever that means). And the public are not Guinea pigs when it’s using well established and proven scientific methodology. Stop politicising a drug rollout. Why do people keep doing it? It’s odd, let alone extremely negative. Imagine standing at a hospital and saying to everyone “haha guinea pigs” as they get their vaccine. Disgusting behaviour.
