"what are your opinions on booking a cruise to the Dominican jan 2022 ??? tia x Don't book it till you know it will defanatly sail " Yes, this. I was 'lucky' as we booked ours last year before everything properly kicked off and so have been offered free date changes etc but I'd imagine if you booked now that wouldn't happen.

" Cruise companies recognise the reticence of new bookers and are in general offering much more flexible arrangements. You will have to prove you have covid cover travel insurance prior to boarding. I'd not recommend leaving it til everything is guaranteed as there'll be no good cabins left, from people already moving their bookings from the least two seasons, the stampede from others desperate to get away and the possible price hikes that will undoubtedly follow. "I have a friend that works for a cruise company but obviously hasn't been on ship for over a year but he has said he has got a provisional contract starting in September. It's cruising Canada and America and the Antarctic, He did say that all crew are going to had to have the vaccine before boarding and it is probable passengers need the same with daily testing. " Didn't P and O say future cruises were only for vaccinated passengers?

"Won’t be cruising Canada until 2022! They have issued a no sail order which also impacts the North America trips too! Just letting you know! Work on cruise ships also!" What about Barbados and Caribbean?
