Is it just me.

I just can’t be bothered with anything anymore.

I have no tolerance with anything.

I’m barely going out, not really chatting to friends.

Everyone seems angry and ready to argue.

I cry everyday I feel pathetic

Exhausted and pathetic

Anc I’ve had it easy.

Woe is me post, violin needed

Yeah feel like that, I've just gone into survival mode.

Get up go to work come home eat sleep repeat.

Switched off a few weeks ago.

Still spring is just around the corner, evening's getting lighter and weather milder (just)

At least we can start to consider when it's going to end.

Chin up op you're not alone it may feel like it but we all understand and share a collective frustration.

Big love and hugs x

I've had moments.

This has been traumatic. Long and hard for everyone in one way or another.

I hope you feel better. I hope we all get through relatively sane.

Exercise helps especially something like running set your self a target reach that target no matter what gets in the way...that way you have something to get up for something to aim at and something to feel proud of doesn't matter what fitness level you are within reason a mile is a challenge to some and 15 mile is a challenge to others this is what has worked for me across my life through any time I have felt like that.

In a town full of colours

I hope you can work through it

I've spent the past 8 months spending time with people who could potentially infect me and I could have passed it onto seriously vulnerable people through work so the mask and sanitising practices are very deeply ingrained in my mindset, so much so that mixing without ppe is sending me into anxiety panic attacks.

One day at a time is all I can handle regarding lifting restrictions and observing people from a distance is going to be a hard habit to break

There is no.hard and fast rule how people should be feeling here.

This is something we are all experiencing for the first time and we all react in different ways

Be kind to yourself. These are perfectly normal feelings in a very uncertain situation and soon uiu will get ba k on your feet as we all will.

My perception of time is completely fucked at the moment.

Weekdays feel endless but the weekend feels about 8 hours long.

When it hits Friday evening it honestly feels like 12 days since the previous Sunday.

But when I think back to stuff that happened a month ago, it weirdly only feels about 2 weeks ago.

Humans are social animals, so the situation we have found ourselves in is wholly unnatural. Is it any wonder most of us are struggling to cope? We have been a year without proper contact and that is going to have an impact.

Rather that beating yourself up, give yourself a pat on the back for surviving a year of this shit.

Well done you, and well done all of us

After almost a year of many different psychological and emotional loads upon us, it is natural to have had our reserves diminished. On top of this, individuals have faced their own stress points, with jobs, finances, relationships, families, health and other key aspects of trying to balance living being so tough.

OP, you are not alone and deserve the best, including support and improvements to your wellbeing. Some compassion would be supportive. I hope that you can find some things and people who are able to nurse you through troubling times for you

There is no.hard and fast rule how people should be feeling here.

This is something we are all experiencing for the first time and we all react in different ways

Be kind to yourself. These are perfectly normal feelings in a very uncertain situation and soon uiu will get ba k on your feet as we all will."

"I've had moments.

This has been traumatic. Long and hard for everyone in one way or another.

I hope you feel better. I hope we all get through relatively sane.

Been to.work every day of the pandemic, lovely to offer the vaccine roll out initially, now all I get is calls from the entitled few, wanting the vaccine before the more vulnerable, really getting very impatient with this shit, taking up my time and energy , I have too much to do

Well today is my 22nd day since the vaccine ( I’m one of the extremely critically vulnerable) ans so thankful to have had it.

The staff were amazing.

I’ve seen that most are struggling for one reason or another.

Today I feel lost,

I hope things get better for you x "

I'm glad you've been jabbed.

We'll get through this.

"Is it just me.

Not just you, we are all in bit like solitary confinement in prision. Its hard mentally.
