For all that are a little overwhelmed with the prospect of life changing again after a year of uncertainty and stress, reach out and chat to someone, maybe its time to contact that friend you haven't seen in a while.

Anxiety is very common and if everyone reached out to someone maybe a person who cannot cope but cannot ask anyone can be helped

Now add in the inability to identify/understand/process anxiety but still have it effect you to the extent you can shut down. Wooo. :/
