Large crowd events are a long way off aren't they? Surely...

I mean it's something like 1 in 30 people are infected.. A crowd of 30000 people...thats 1000 infected people in one space.... Chances of spreading even with vaccine reductions are still high. Even if R rate is 0.5 which is highly unlikely its 500 new infections to take home and infect others. Why would we undo all the hard work and pain of the last 12 months?

Leeds

Israel are opening up on Sunday. At sports events or concerts they are allowing 300 outside or 200 inside with only 75% capacity of the venue.

Shangri-la

I'd say both are still quite a long way off.

1 to 1, socially distanced, meets for coffee or suchlike, outdoors, are a possibility in the not too distant future.

Although I enjoy going to clubs and saunas, I personally am planning to fix up one on one meetings with people who I think I can trust who will have also had the jabs.

That's the stupidy of opening up everything in June when by thier own admission it will be July until all adults have been "offered" the first Jab.. So it will be more like Sept Oct before all have actually had both jabs.
