It's good news, especially if we get very high take up levels of the vaccine

We can hope and keep our fingers crossed that it continues as well as it has.

Meanwhile. Keep practising those safe routines we need to do that for quite a while yet.

Given the number of selfish ****s I hear about I am not sure that uptake will be as good as required in the younger age groups which means that older people will continue to be killed by them.

If younger age groups are slow on uptake raise the age limit for going to pubs to 30 to 35 if selfish pricks think they above everyone else then make it difficult for them to do anything!!!

That's not fair on those who do get vaccinated.

Those who are.medically exempt are the only ones who shouldn't be vaccinated.. all for the greater good.. get a jab lets.try.and get the country back on its feet.

With more locations eg GP surgeries and pharmacies offering the vaccination, it does make it more accessible, so really hoping the vaccination rollout is a success and we can go back to some sort of normality.

I can't see vaccinating all eligible people by July happening.

There are still alot who don't want to be jabbed.

Plus the rest of the world has to catch up, it is global.

6 months after the first vaccinations you have to start over again.

All good in theory.

Everyone offered a vaccine doesn’t mean everyone vaccinated. There will be second vaccinations needed and I expect that won’t be completed until 2022. Still need to stay at home and not get jiggly in a hot tub or a room for sometime.

Oh and whilst I am here I will go to my default question to all those that ‘know more & know better’ than us sheep.

Why? Why would government/business/msm etc etc be doing all this?

agreed on the still staying home for now point , but the delay between vaccines is 12 weeks so if vaccine 1 is done in july then vaccine 2 will be october

of course thats just everyone that wants to take it now - it will likely go into next year trying to convince others like those on this thread to get on board

I was watching a bit about deniers from a physiatrists point of view. Its not their fault they are people who cannot process the fact that it is something beyond their control and must have a reason that it is happening and so find something or someone to blame. By going against the grain they get attention and so gives them a purpose which is fuelled when the encounter others of the same mind.

Well on proud to say I’ve been ‘done’ ... I hope it makes a tiny difference... and us all doing the the right thing will contribute to making a huge difference and help us get back to the normality as all crave.

A huge thank you to everyone involved here from the Govt, to the NHS, to the nurses, the military, and all of the administrators, paid or unpaid ... they’ve all done their bit, so we can do ours - complete respect!

R x

It’s great news but don’t get too carried away. It’s everyone to have a first vaccine by end of July, it won’t be until end of October when everyone has had both doses.

Thank you for that info so really for most you would need both.

Do you think there will then be a booster gust your best guess.

"Everyone vaccinated by the end of July "

No Boris said "offered" first jab by July.. Totally different. Ie it will be more like Sept that both jabs will have been administered to adults who take up the offer.

Yet everything open in June... Ie four months of Russian Roulette... Bonkers logic
