Anyone had it and can report side effects?

I’ve had a temperature through the roof all throughout last night and today. Hot and cold chills. Swollen glands. And naturally an ache in the injection point. Work are making me go for a test before I can return now, better to be safe I suppose.

Just wondering how other people fared after this one.

I have the Pfizer vaccine on Thursday and felt a bit rough yesterday and my arm is still really sore.

My partner had the Oxford one 3 weeks ago and just had a sore arm for a few days.

Hearing this happens but rarely.

It lasts,around 7 to 8 hours then subsides.

I had mine last Saturday and had a sore arm and a fuzzy head. However, 3 of my friends had exactly your symptoms, for 3-4 days. Hope you're ok soon

I injust had headache lack of not energy and some pain in my body almost like feeling exausted , it lasted 3 days only

Soar shoulder sleepless night felt under the weather next day stiffish joints but not painful.

24 hours later felt fine and have done since then.

Had mine last Sunday

Husband had the Astra a week ago.

*Sore arm 3 days (just like flu injection).

*Said he felt a dizzy late evening. (He can be that way without a jab lol).

I had those side effects from it, i still have a sore arm and its 3 to 4 weeks ago !

Quite a lot of others my age have reported flu like symptoms for a couple of days with the AstraZeneca jab. I’ve had the Pfizer one and just got a sore arm. Not even an erection!

Hubby had it on Thursday, slight sore arm following day. I had Pfizer and had sore arm for couple days.

Side effects are not uncommon OP. Hope you feel better soon x

Had Oxford vaccine on Thursday 24 hours later I had flu type symptoms, very tired.

Oh and the dreams have been unreal!

Had the AZ one approx 12 hours ago.

Arm feels fine. I feel fine. Keep poking my arm wondering if I really had it, but Mrs says she saw the needle go in and the dose was administered. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. Paracetamol on standby. Not drinking any alcohol tonight, just in case. (Not that I drink much anyway ! A glass or two a month perhaps!)

Yeah same as you. Has it in the morning. Just before bed, fever kicked in. Went to bed. Had to my joggers and a sweatshirt on and get into bed

. Tossing, turning, thinking if this is a reaction or if I'd contracted Covid. Felt a bit better the next day though, just achy, then sleepy the next day.

I had it 8am Thursday. Was in a really bad way Thursday night. Chills, temperature, sweating, shakes. Thankfully felt a bit better yesterday and just feeling a bit run down and achey today.

Mind you, I was similar the first time I had my Flu jab.

A couple of residents where my Dad lives were bed ridden for a few days but absolutely fine now.

I just had a sore arm and felt a bit tired for a day or two. My little sister has had a headache, aching joints and a temperature after hers and an aching arm.

My daughter had the Pfizer one and had pain where she had the vaccine for about 24 hours and that was it

Monday - astra zenica jab 6PM

tuesday streaming cold & lost sense of smell

wednesday - got tested

thursday - positive test result - in isolation 10 days

14/15 days started to smell again. Changed socks

Guess I had the virus before the jab. Fortunately the symptoms were no worse than headaches/runny nose/no smell.
