Covid-19 and all the restrictions associated with it has wrecked my formerly full routine.

It is an interminable nightmare that I know will take a few more years to resolve, but it has provided lots of time for contemplation, reflection and reassessment.

I got the Pfizer jab last week and the after effects have been noticeable but mild: joint pain, headaches, swollen glands, muscle pain, nausea, etc.
