Up on them there hills

2019 keep away from negative people.

2020 keep away from positive people.

Is it okay to take a shower yet, or do we need permission to wash more than our hands?

And your Covid juxtaposition question is?

Obesity is a well known co-morbity and sedentary lifestyles plus a reliance on junk food are contributory factors to people being obese, yet gyms and leisure facilities are closed and people were actively bribed into "eating out to help out".

Lockdown... stay at home unless you absolutely really have to go out (food shopping or local exercise). Don’t see anyone ( not in your bubble) but ideally don’t see anyone at all who’s not in your house. Wear a mask in when shopping and wash your hands a lot.

That’s it really...hope this helps

I do like simplicity.

Despite contradictory messaging, which to a degree is inevitable, pick through what works for you & your lifestyle. Stay within the overarching rules which are simple & there you have it.

Really not difficult, personal responsibility whilst respecting the community responsibility we all have, often they are not that far apart. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
