Why is the status, allowed to be used for meets during a pandemic?

It's cleared every two days, which means these selfish irresponsible ignorant fools are writing status meets every two days, to get around it.

Why is this being allowed?

A huge amount of the people still looking for / advertising local physical meets via the status update feature are also site supporters.

Nobody would suggest such a thing.

Regardless that doesn't take away from the fact that them meeting during a national lockdown will only potentially further spreading the virus and lead to longer lockdowns and sanctions for all.

Only the other day a couple local to me were openly boosting on their status update about the 10 man gang Bang another user had hooked up for them.

Surely those of us with brains in our heads and not in our pants should be reporting every one of those we see....maybe (just maybe) admin might take a firmer stand and delete the profiles?

Ultimately.. People who want to break covid regulations, will break covid regulations.. If there want to break them here, then they are probably having parties, driving 50 miles for a stroll.. So I don't know why everybody gets quite so worked up about it. Just ignore them.

Obviously must be invincible from the virus but if they catch it hopefully learn a valuable lesson as it's close to actually committing murder and should be treated as this but can't teach stupidity and wouldn't feel any remorse if they died it's a choice

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******

PS for the people who ask for users to be deleted if they break this site rule, if everyone who broke one rule got chucked off the site only half of the forum would be typing.

I have pasted what happens to reports onto the above post. There is no need to keep starting threads about this
