Remember pubs...

... when they put out bar snacks, and on a Sunday maybe roast potatoes.

Then it was banned because of infections, mainly, sorry boys, because guys didn't wash their hands. I wonder if they had a boys only lockdown, whether we'd get through this madness quicker

Ahhh, I remember that. Roast potatoes, little sausages on a stick.....a small snack to help with the beer before closing time, when you went home to snooze it off before a full Sunday roast.

I have to say I don't remember ever seeing snacks on a bar.

I do however always avoid the buffet at a swingers club.

i remember restaurants with bowls of mints at the till and being told by my mum not to touch them because of all the non hand washers after peeing

Aww yes I remember those too, They also used to have them on the reception at the opticians.
