From what I understand Biden has a 100 page plan to handle the pandemic.

Do we have a plan at all or is it all just made up as we go along?

If you are wanting a full lockdown - everybody stays home, no exceptions, then that might be a bigger and better - but probably not as practical - a plan.

But there is still an underlying plan to combat the virus.

So he has a plan, what happens with plans is something happens that isnt on the first plan which then is useless so a second plan is needed, which suffers the same fate. Doing it here. It is difficult but achievable, that said I’m very lucky and my employer allows me to work from home. I get my shopping delivered. I don’t need to go out. I’m sitting tight. If I do get it, I’ve no idea how.

I do, but like I said I’m lucky enough to be able to work from home and home school my four kids. I know not everyone else has that luxury.

I can't get a delivery slot for love nor money, and I'm vulnerable FFS

I sympathise with you for that, however it doesn’t appear to be a problem where I live. Delivery once a week from Tesco.

I caught it in late March. I hadn't broken the rules but I have no clue where it came from. My Grandad currently has it. He hasn't been anywhere other than his private garden in the middle of nowhere. He caught it from my mother/stepfather who have flagrantly broken the rules with impunity.

That's the governments ploy, blame the public for not following guidelines and distract the constant blunders made by government ministers. Boris lost all credibility on this with his bumchum Cummings. The public, and it is a minority, that are breaking the rules are brain dead fuckwits.. But the real blame on the mess we are in has to be laid on the shambolic handling of this by this government

"I think we’ve always had a plan, and a good intention. What we have is a general public with a lack of ability to follow the plan.

The doctors, scientists and all other critical workers are doing an awesome job.

Dave off the internet though who wants to go for a walk in a different county because he always has is what’s making the plan difficult to implement.

The people you see who are getting fined for having parties are wrecking the plan.

The wedding that was rumbled the other day with hundreds of guests, that’s the problem.

The UK has a plan. Stay at home, get vaccinated and it will improve, if that plan was followed by the general public we’d be doing a lot better.

There's not a published plan per se, other than a strategy to vaccinate and to review laws and restrictions on an ongoing basis.

Is that what the media say? They’ve lead us to believe all the shit they can muster for the last 12 months .... I’m not a denier, all I want are facts and not fiction. Yes this last LD is totally confusing and confusion only leads to anarchy... I totally agree that this lockdown isn't being taken seriously enough and the measures taken in the first lockdown have been forgotten this time around!

I must have caught mine either at a supermarket before christmas or off someone that came into my workplace. No-one will ever know.

I have done my level best to adhere to every rule, all the hand washing etc and I still succumbed.

Traveling further afield increases the risk of having an accident and putting unnecessary strain on NHS, it’s not about being in a place that’s less likely to catch covid.
