They can make up as many rules and fines as they like but unless they start to enforce payment of them they have no relevance.

We need the support of everyone to stop the spread. If anyone been out anywhere this week.... Does it seriously look like a lock down?

Not as locked down as March, more than the second lock down though from what I think I'm seeing.

It was all about enforcement...The tragedy has nothing to do with the government, we are only following the scientific advisors, it is all the fault of those irresponsible party people blah blah..waffle waffle.

We currently have the worst death rate in the world and they can't or won't accept it may just have something to do with our decisions and policies...A disgrace.

Mind you I bet she fucks like a rattlesnake

It looks very different. I only see the roads when I have to travel to work but they aren't as empty as March. I only shop once a week but it seems 'normal busy'.

Someone at work openly announced that if Track & Trace contacted her she'd only isolate if she had symptoms. 2 of the people she was working closely with last week have covid.

Can't argue with you there but any measures to combat and punish the selfish asswipes that break the rules are welcome.

I'm afraid I can see no option now but to start bringing in some kind of enforcement officers to monitor the situation .. yes it's exactly like living under enemy occupation . But blame that on every idiot who keeps breaking or bending rules .. am worried my current state of mind and feelings towards these cheery rulebreakers and naysayers will result in something very unpleasant happening to one some day soon :/."

We take for granted in the UK our freedom to do and act as we please. This has come at a cost as a lot of our way of life (maybe without us realising it) has been eroded by the 'wok' liberals in our society.

Though we would not like to be under restrictions like Thailand South Korea veitnam etc: there is no doubting that having a strong government is a good tool to have in combating a major virus such as this. And though I would never vote a tory government and blame them for their total fuck up of their handling of this virus. Ido also think the labour and trades union movement must take their share of the blame in how our society is formed in these times. When you cannot say anything to anyone without fear of recrimination and people university students and tree huggers try to enforse their views on us.. Aaagghhhh maybe after all covid is the least of our worry..

Yeah I'm all for freedom of speach, everyone is entitled to a point of view and is ok to an extent that it can be debated. But when things like pandemic/death spill into everyone's life it is the liberals in our society that fucks us up by their actions not through argument but by selfish actions that fucks things up.
