I have to say those it is the people that have been used in some of these examples that people should be genuinely targeting their frustration at rather than someone who can't wear a face covering in a supermarket.

There's talk of magistrates taking in ability to pay, which means the students may get away with it. | |||

Yes, some people just don't get it do they..."That because most people are only familiar with linear progression in mathematics. Exponential growth confuses them. As you say R=1 (assuming every infected person infect just one other) is 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024,2048,4096,8192,16284 As you can see above after 10 steps you start getting into horrifying numbers which is why behavioural change and lockdown is needed to break the transmission or chain of infection | |||
