"Just before Xmas I ventured to the Trafford Centre in Manchester and have to say I smiled at what they did... A large number of mainly young, highly fashionable, well made up individuals where queueing to enter the store. All when questioned why they weren’t wearing a mask played the “medically exempt card”. Shop security made no argument of the claim, they simply handed out the most ridiculous, ugly, oversized full face visors and said “you’ll need to wear this then”. When they exited they where then required to sterile wipe the mask and return it for re-use. I have to say I think it’s a brilliant, I believe it’s part of apples staff safeguarding measures but I honestly wish more retail outlets did the same. It felt to me a bit like the age old “I forgot my PE kit”, “that’s ok we can find you something in lost property” scenario. Bravo Apple x" I think they were operating on an appointment only basis as well.

I kind of like the fact that puts more pressure on people to provide their own face covering.
