If some bell end with no mask on is prattong about with hos mates on his mobile, ? Fucking annoys me especially with this vitus increasing

Where was this? Nobody's obliged to wear a mask outside yet. If it was in a shop you've got three options

A) move away and ignore

B) approach and ask him to put a mask on

C) ask the store manager to intervene.

He might be exempt though.
