Definitely not. Speeding also kills but if you were caught 10mph over the speed limit and your car was taken away you would be pretty angry.

I think half the people here would be better off emigrating to North Korea. They would be happy then.

Absolutely not. The state has a huge responsibility for providing secure accommodation, especially at a time when homelessness is a lethal problem. It could be akin to capital punishment

There are legal punishments already covered by the law here. More than good enough.

People break the rules for all different reasons it’s pretty much impossible to prove why.

Thankfully everyone in this country has human rights with ideas like this

And private landlords aren’t allowed to make anyone homeless even if they aren’t paying rent currently so even more reason to say no!

No because the way social housing work's,they will just end up being housed by a different authority or association.

And also it will be the innocent ones that suffer like children and vunerables.

So definitely not, besides there's already more homelessness in the this supposedly civilised country anyway.

Maybe fine or place some sort of restrictions on the offender's,such as not being able to do house swap in future or something.

But honestly why should someone in social housing be treated any differently?

If this happens then evict people who own their own homes or rent.

It's nonsense and quite depressing.

But certainly a difficult subject matter as it must be rife in heavily built up areas where people live on top of one another.

It does a bit .. though I think it does take the mick when there are so many people on the estates up and down the country flagrantly breaking any covid rules .. to be fair do plenty of homeowners! it's just possibly a bit worse on the council estates I think would be fair to perhaps make the fine for covid breeches a bit more than 200 quid regardless of where anyone lived .. 200 quid is worth the risk to some people .. but 2000? might be a different story .., maybe go all out and make it relative to wealth and income ? that might stop the Rita Oras and Kardashians doing it too !

I work in social housing. Absolutely no way this would work. And shouldn't even be an option there are criminal routes to deal with these breaches. On a side note evictions are banned (in Scotland not sure of the other 4 nations) can you imagine the workload in housing depts, homeless depts and courts.

Never-ending moving all these people around, bringing them into contact with others to arrange house moves and spreading infection.

Totally bizarre mentality

When Boris mate broke rule in first lockdown Boris said it was ok

And do you know why people going into someone house.. do you know if vulnerable or has medical needs...think people that’s so scared protect your self rather than going on about what should and shouldn’t be done without knowing facts

The blame game working but the finger never been pointed in the right direction

If you want moan about something where the multi million track and trace

Where all this ppe that couldn’t be used

Why have NHS had cut after cut for years

And no social housing to free up hospital Beds

And all missed appointment and business going out of business has a mental health and untreated appointment will be a major problem

That’s what people should be asking
