Sadly given the sheer numbers needed to be vaccinated even if / when the Oxford vaccine goes on line its going to take all of 2021 and probably 2022 to get anywhere near back towards some sort of pre covid normal

I can't see swinger clubs been open for sexy times like pre covid until 2022 if not 2023 sadly.

The gap is already starting to be filled with private house and air B and B parties and this trend will only continue next year.

Wouldn't this be possible for people who will have the vaccine ?

Would help the clubs at least to slowly back to some kind of normality , using the vaccine cards showing the person/s they have it and is safe to open door to them .

I know this sounds unfair for the ones who will not get the vaccine but many clubs i believe they are struggling in this difficult times

having a vaccine dont meen you cant catch or pass virus on all its gona do is keep you out of intensive care and as for the vax cards way to easy to make your own

We've got to wait and see how the virus infection levels change, due to the vaccines impacts as well as the effective government reduction strategies.

If infection levels shrink, for whatever reasons, it becomes an ever diminishing problem. It should then be much easier to track and isolate contacts of the fewer numbers of people involved, which helps to increase the rate at which it declines.

It depends on lots of things -

Improving Test and Trace

- 1 of the co's has outsourced to more than 20 others, staff doing it alongside telesales, gambling & other calls

Public adherence to long term restrictions

Vaccine uptake, etc

Many don't have much faith in the GIMP leadership achieving much.

If it could be reduced, to miniscule levels by end of summer 2021, perhaps clubs could operate from then...

Unfortunately this will be the norm for a couple of years I think and just after Xmas it will be another lockdown it's a shame but it's the way it's going to be for a long time to come

Seriously depressing. This type of thing depresses me more than anything about the whole pandemic. It's all the tax payers money getting wasted without any accountability.
