Are cinemas open in some tiers???? Only reason I ask is obviously wonder woman is realised in a few days... and currently all mine are closed but the 16th is review day...

So are cinemas open in Tier 2????

Yes they can open in Tier 2, only in Tier 3 are they required to close.

yet easily made safe and more so than other indoor places that are open.

I think it's a continuation of much of the random inclusions and exclusions we've had. Sectors that have done much to reduce risk levels ignored, when there's no supporting evidence of cause etc.
