From the little research done on the subject the real answer is nobody knows.

There has been traces of virus found in sperm but at this point it is not known whether live virus may be passed this way or not.

It is possible that the virus may be passed orally through semen as there are receptors in common but again it is not known whether it will transmit in this manner.

In a similar way no other other coronaviruses is being sexually transmitted, so it is very possible SARS-CoV-2 will not be sexually transmitted.

We may not be sure yet but the reality is that if you are getting close enough to someone to swallow their sperm you are likely to catch the virus from touch or droplets in the air from their breath anyway.

probably will do more good and help fight the virus , sperm good for you if it's from a healthy host
