Question how come when Russia and China said they had a Vaccine we was told cant be real coz not gone thru all test.so why are they death rate so low now ?

And why now can a Vaccine that usually take years only take month

Because most of the rich and powerful countries in world have thrown all there resources and money into making these vaccines so the world economy can get bk to somewhere near it was the sad realization is that if cancer caused as damage much damage to the economy we would be much closer to a cure there

To be fair... it's taken 10 months, not one.

As far as I know, the Russian's and The Chinese both refused to provide the data from their studies to be "peer reviewed" by the international science community.

As for the "disbelief" about the death figures for those countries, they are both known to be economic with the truth at times. On the other hand, they do both have populations that do what they're told without question, so it is possible.

Actually the Pfizer vaccine has taken 28 years of development and 10 months of testing.

What russia and China do is of no interest really

Individual countries have sovereignty over many or all of their internal processes.

Approval of a medicine in 1 country does not grant it approval in another, though some do work in collaboration, such as the EU.

That's the legal approval/licensing. Obviously they each set their criteria. In much of the world, efficacy and safety will be researched in similar or identical ways. But each country decides for itself.

Thus China and Russia can run things how they like. They could vaccinate citizens before much if any testing, as somewhat seems to have started to happen.

It doesn't make their stuff approved in any other place. It still has to be subject to submission for approval, which it may or may not be granted.

I don't think their death rate numbers are accurate at all and I'm sure that they are not being 100% truthful about the whole thing either.

It is Still amazing that the western world is able to get shit done when needed and things will be back to a resemblance of the way it was pre covid. However this does all hinge on the freak show that is going on in the US and its inability to deal with it.

It may be the fact that covid may still be around there when other western countries have had vaccination and have moved on.

The low death rate in China or Russia has nothing to do with vaccines as vaccination has only just started. Maybe they are better at social distancing or maybe the figures are misleading.

This is a global pandemic and organisations around the world have put in a huge amount of resource into vaccine development. With vaccines, safety is generally high but the efficacy is unpredictable. The pleasant surprise with Covid vaccines is that efficacy has been far above expectations. That's why the process of approval has been fast and I'm sure we'll see many more within the next year.
