Surely the contract will go to Michael Gove's barber? Or Matt Hancock's chiropractor? Perhaps Carrie Symonds has got an aromatherapist who can be paid £2.5 billion for scented candles to streamline the distribution system?

Ideally the army will step in as have the relevant experience, or even amazon.

Like others have said, probably go to dodgy dave dash and not deliver for 20 million quid ... high up in the lodge in Westminster
