Yes, the palpitations were concerning me and I have had mild panic attacks when I have been struggling to breathe.

I visited a covid gp a few days ago, he recommended breathing exercises, a Dr has posted this on YouTube..

I know two guys who have lost their jobs because of Covid, and their anxiety levels are off the chart.

I had COVID in feb, but also had my kids at home for 6 months from March and was trying to work full time and home school ...so either of those could be responsible for my increased anxiety

I had very mild symptoms, but I’ve noticed I’m more tired/fatigued after work amd exercise than before

Think we had covid early on but nhs weren't interested as we didn't have temp or cough

I've had breathing problems past few weeks had tests all ok but we're just carrying on as normal
