Experts are predicting that one of the long term effects of Covid for men could be ED. Given that it causes vascular problems, it could cause an impact to the ability to get or keep erections.

I heard that the receptor where SARS-COV-2 uses to hook into our cells is most prevalent in the testes and fallopian tubes. (Indie Sage broadcast, comment in passing)

Another reason to be careful.

"Experts are predicting that one of the long term effects of Covid for men could be ED. Given that it causes vascular problems, it could cause an impact to the ability to get or keep erections."

This is one of the possible effects that i have been suggesting from the beginning. Maybe the risk of getting a permanent droop will be more effective at making some men protect themselves than has been the possibility of catching a bad dose of death...

I think some people, if they saw a potential cost to them like this, would take this a lot more seriously

It's not just ED but fertility in men in general. There hasn't been a focused study on Covid survivors, but autopsies have shown that men who died had significant sperm producing issues (source is the Lancet and BMJ rather than Facebook or mums net).

Makes me wonder what impact we're gonna feel in 10-20 years time as a result of keeping schools open cos 'kids don't get really sick'.
