Here's a small extract "Politicisation of science was enthusiastically deployed by some of history’s worst autocrats and dictators, and it is now regrettably commonplace in democracies. The medical-political complex tends towards suppression of science to aggrandise and enrich those in power. It's true in many ways. Trump just couldn't face slowing or stopping the economy and accept that COVID even existed. Same with climate change and the human effects. Many Business leaders like Michael O'Leary Ryanaire screamed the science was foul - as did Elon Musk when the state of California insisted he close his biggest factory. there are many many more. | |||
