In theory they could - something similar to a DNR...

....but it wouldn't prevent them potentially catching it and infecting others...

It could be an option for the covidiots but they/you would need to be completely excluded from the remainder of the human race.

Under a rock perhaps.

I seem to recall that one of the early arrangements to increase capacity was that the NHS would have access to private ICU facilities and equipment - the sector must have such a capability, in the event of post-op trauma, etc?

Well that’s the risk they take for others so they can take on that risk themselves.. if the cases keep growing unchecked the NHS will have no ICU capacity left to treat new patients

Of course not, that's absurd.

Give people who don’t think the virus exists an opportunity to be shot out of a catapult into the sea.

You or your representative could refuse treatment generally. Medical professionals will suggest options, if you want to be open to hear them.

If you are incapacitated and NHS staff find you, they will generally treat you in an emergency situation, with the presumption of consent.

If you leave the UK, you can then opt out

Absolutely not.

Whilst they may be OK, the damage they could inflict on others who don't share their stupidity is unacceptable.
